Job Description

4-5 years’ experience in effectively analysing and synthesizing large amounts of complex data into relevant insights

Experience with large databases and SQL (e.g., WorkDay, Peoplesoft, SAP)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

Experience with HR information systems and reporting modules preferred

Demonstrated ability to interface with both internal and external business partners and act as liaison when needed

Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail; process oriented

Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and interpersonal skills

Exposure to Human Resources Department a plus.

Knowledge of data privacy and employment related laws

Some consulting experience preferred but not essential

Require PowerBi Skills

Specifically around Data Tables within PowerBI, Relationship Tables expertise, DAX queries and building reports in power-bi using workday data.
