Job Description

  • Handle and analyze trouble tickets within the SLA, perform change requests
  • Fault handling and corrective actions
  • Preventive maintenance activities
  • Implementing and verifying improvements in processes- and work instructions
  • Verifying and implementing configuration changes.
  • Execute second level preventive maintenance of network
  • Resolution of customer complaints
  • Service support for Problem and Incident Management
  • Available to be involved in On-call activities
  • Strong knowledge of OSS-RC system administration (x86 HW Platform)
  • Strong knowledge of UNIX system administration (Solaris 10)
  • Good knowledge of Linux system administration (SUSE)
  • 2 years of specific experience as OSS Back Office/Integration engineer on Huawei U2000/CME/PRS equipment (Desirable)
