Job Description

  • Engage with CXOs and senior executives of large enterprises and government leaders
  • Identifying opportunities and benefits to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives through program implementation
  • Define, create, maximize, deliver and sustain the benefits provided by the program
  • Capture and understand stakeholder needs, desires, and expectations and analyse the impact of program on stakeholders, gain and maintain stakeholder support, manage stakeholder communications and mitigating stakeholder resistance.
  • Establish Processes and procedures for maintaining program management oversight and decision-making support for applicable policies throughout the course of the program.
  • Establish and operationalize Program Management Office for s
  • Establish PPM processes and practices for and establish appropriate PPM tools for efficient management.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers
  • Work closely with multiple work-stream leads and SMEs in identifying and managing interdependencies – in meeting or workshop mode.
  • Plan, execute, monitor & control initiatives or Programs and take it to successful closure.
  • Use Project Management tools for scheduling and reporting
  • Regularly track and report on health of Program to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate and setup meetings within and across work-streams, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and track and report on action items
  • Identify, manage and report risks and issues in the Program using tools and techniques like Monte Carlo simulation
  • Identify and manage suppliers and contractors
  • Analyse and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Analyse and redefines business processes from Program delivery perspective.
  • Accountable for Program deliverables and managing the Program team
  • Ensure that the Programs adhere to the defined processes for Program management
  • Overall - Be aware of the objectives, benefits & success factors of Programs and work towards achieving them
