Master knowledge of the CBS products and have system maintenance, troubleshooting, change solution design and deployment capabilities.
Have a good command of the implementation mechanism of each module on the CBS (including version 5.5). Have a proficient command of main service procedures and protocol parsing. Have a good command of the billing flow of the post-paid service. Be able to perform billing configuration and bill run process.
Have a good knowledge of oracle database.
Master knowledge of the Customer Care (CRM/Dealer/Provision/ESB) products and have system maintenance, troubleshooting, change solution design and deployment capabilities.
Have good knowledge of the system architecture of the CRM, major NEs, basic functions of the NEs, and typical service procedures (such as subscriber registration, subscriber deregistration, and service change). Familiar with CRM order logic, have a good command of the product installation.
