Experienced Core Technical Manger with background in E/// Core
CS/PS/HLR – Main priority

Primary role is to manage the technical interface towards customer operations teams for Core / OSS / RAN via 3rd party supplier
Experience working in vendor environment and able to lead technical escalations and issues.
Remote management of 3rd party supplier for the delivery for 3rd line support services to customer.
Guidance to 3rd party Engineers in case of Outages/Emergencies and business critical issues towards faster resolution/closure.
Review of cases with Helpdesk and Emergency engineers and finalizing next actions for internal and towards customer reporting
Organizing network element access for remote connectivity to ensure 3rd party supplier
Ensuring technical quality and content of ticket and deliverables as per agreed SLA with 3rd party supplier
Maintain the network topology, site specific data, IP Plan etc from the customer and provide to 3rd party supplier to ensure no issues with delivery
Assess and mitigate risk of Core Network changes to ensure minimal service or revenue impacts. More specifically this would involve performing network impact assessment and developing a test regime to mitigate exposure.
In-depth (preferably 10 years+) telecom experience and should have excellent knowledge/understanding of the E/// Core (CS/PS/HLR) & OSS. Knowledge of E/// RAN ( RNC/BSC) beneficial
