Job Description

The Digital Strategist Lead in for our clients Digital Advisory Business Division operates within national and regional geographies and delivers value to organisations by being a trusted advisor in terms of organisation’s digital transformation and enablement.

This individual works with organisations and partners to understand, contextualise, define and respond to how the new digital world directly or indirectly impacts their business.

They are also required to help develop and implement strategies and initiatives to transform their organisation and people.

These strategies and initiatives should address specific business issues or opportunities and must focus on driving tangible and explicit outcomes and value.


This individual also needs to help create, develop and mature the capabilities necessary for the unit to be a credible boutique management consultancy in its chosen markets.

This is achieved through high-value, quality, and credible offerings delivered through an agile and progressive engagement framework known as our six competencies of digital transformation.

This position will assume overall responsibility for the Digital Strategy Team and lead and develop the team to reach their full potential.
