Job Description

Technical management of the area (process organization):


• Identification of appropriate and efficient procedures for each project, with recurring same procedures for a group of projects in the form of work instructions and production schedules

• Initiation of corrective measures in the production process with deviating target / actual status

• Acquisition and analysis of errors in the process

• Checking the working environment and the resources required for the handling (eg vehicles, material, personnel, devices)

• Determining the sequence of construction sites as well as the responsible site supervisor and the planned fitter, vehicle and machine use

• Weekly preparation of staff deployment and representation plans for all employees of the area

• Active communication with the site supervisor and, if necessary, technicians on individual construction site progressions, adherence to construction time schedules

• Support and guidance of the site supervisor in case of deviant construction such. Supplementary position, construction time shift, modified material and equipment use

• Notification of upcoming investments to the management

• Developing and adhering to the area's annual financial budget

• Weekly reporting of all current events to the management

• Checking the timely and factually correct delivery of the performance reports

• Forcing (obligation to cooperate) the invoicing of all projects of the area

• Proactive cooperation with the production departments and the rest of the administration


Personnel management of the area (organizational structure):


• Instruction of newly recruited personnel in area process, competencies, tasks and powers

• Instruction of construction supervisors in occupational safety, fire protection and occupational safety

• Distribution of tasks to the team assistant

• Development of targets in the area

• Review of training needs, organization of training

• Creating an optimal working environment and an optimal working environment in the area

• Conducting employee appraisals with staff in the area

• Constant analysis and adjustment of human resources in relation to staff needs, taking into account the necessary qualifications

• Monitoring employee satisfaction

• Regular information to the management on personnel matters


Result responsibility for the area:


• Preparation and continuous review of the financial budget for the area (sales target, gross margin, construction site overheads)

• Constant monitoring of the efficiency of the individual projects, the projects of a customer group, the projects of a production type and the entire area

• Immediate information of the management in case of deviation in the budget


Active participation in customer loyalty and new customer acquisition:


• Support the sales department in creating and updating the company presentation

• Personal contact with the key customers of the company

• Support the sales department in customer loyalty and new customer acquisition

• Creation and testing of quotation costing, correction and approval acc. "RL 008 signature regulation"

• Discussion of the tender calculations for framework contracts and offers of T € 100 with the managing director

• Examination of the potential basis of the contract, the terms and conditions, special contractual agreements
