Optical Network Engineer

• Optical transmission network planning, design, system integration and migration.

Responsibilities

• Optical devices configuration, isolate and solve problems
• Generation Optical product High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
• Subcontractor remote support for the engineering project.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Technician; at least 3 years practical experience in supporting or deploying optical projects (Huawei/ALU/Marconi prefer)
• Preferred experience for Optical NMS/NOC operation in multivendor environment
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, WDM, SDH principle and other protocols
• Experience with WDM/SDH/ASON product knowledge and commissioning, vendor experience is preferred
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills to resolve technical problems
• Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability
