Job Description

Manage project administration activities within the company’s CRM system. This will entail creating projects, assigning resources and general updates

Manage timesheets and expense submissions for the team within the company’s CRM system and customer systems

Manage contract and purchase orders status

Manage debtor status and chase customers and partners as required

Liaise with the project and administration staff across the company

General Administration duties within the office (i.e. booking travel, conference facilities, office moves/maintenance etc.)

Arranging in-house and external events (i.e. external networking events, team meetings etc.)

Support local marketing initiatives where appropriate – i.e. print banners, leaflets, business cards, customers
