Job Description

  • Coordinate all tasks and activities at all process levels
  • Preferably to have a past experience with VDF Germany
  • Attend and organize all process changes, lead implementation of new changes.
  • Lead the process managers of each process for optimization, quality management and effectively of all processes
  • Observe and solve process conflicts
  • Organize all cross alignments between the processes
  • Process documentation and documentation of all changes
  • Create new process flows and Work level agreements (WLA) together with the process managers
  • Management of time and duration for the processes
  • Define process targets and reaction to the market change
  • Contact with process subcontractors if needed
  • Define key figures for success, SLA times
  • Organize Training with all process attendees together with process managers
  • Attend customer process meetings, workshops and status meetings
  • Attend the change board with customer
  • Participation at the quality management structure
  • Management lead for the Enterprise business with VDF within Saentis

 

Language Requirements

  • Fluent German and Good English language
