Description of Main Tasks / Responsibilities:


•             Essential functions and duties

•             Key Stakeholder (Internal/External; In-country; Regional/Global)

  • Manages multiple Squad teams to drive aligned and qualitative output

•             Manages overall backlog and prioritizes each squads deliveries

•             Defines and drives product/channel vision, roadmap and growth opportunities

•             Responsible for benefit realization and financials

•             Formalize requirements, manage backlog, plan iterations and define the user stories

•             Mitigate any impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

•             Strong co-operation with Proxy-PO’s, Scrum Masters, Program Management and Stakeholders

•             Coordinate, is leading and working closely with the Agile team

•             Manages precise and timely communication of issues and their resolution across the organization

•             Observes competitive behavior and trends developing in the market national and international

•             Estimate and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

•             Is updated and familiar with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

•             Is updated and familiar with user experience and technology best practices and new trends
