The Senior Enterprise Transformation Change Management Specialist will be responsible for using formal change management methodologies and structure to manage change.
Additionally, they will facilitate change training and education efforts designed for senior stakeholders and change leaders.
This position requires that the Senior Enterprise Transformation Change Management Specialist develops and implements IT and strategy solution change programs to align the work force and strategic initiatives in the Bank.
This position plays a key role with sustainable business adoption of transformative initiatives in technology.
Minimum Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree required, in Business or related fields. Certificate in area of Change Management desired. Sufficient experienced to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Five to eight years (5 to 8) years’ experience in change management and in managing complex change programs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver change management programs – preferably related to improvement and transformation.
