The IT Support division within BSTD is currently busy in the planning process for two projects to be executed in their area and would need a Project Manager to execute these projects:
IT Service Continuity Improvement Project.
The transition from the current service providers (Service desk and EUC) to a single service provider.
The second phase will consists of the transformation of the existing services to output based services. This will improve the maturity to the next level based on COBIT 5 assessment results. Improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
Five to ten years’ experience in Project / Programme Management
Experience with IT Operations projects is essential
Understanding of IT Service Continuity
ITILv3 will be preferable
The following will be an added advantage:
Professional Project Management Certification
A thorough understanding of the ten knowledge areas contained in the Guide to Project
Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and / or Prince II
