Engineer will report directly to the project manager and Operator.
Engineer will follow the work assignment from project manager.
Engineer will work closely with Huawei project team on issues related to the engineering service project, and will, when required, assist project members in meetings with the Client on engineering and maintenance service issues.
Engineer will propose and assist the Huawei project team in establishing systems and processes to monitor Client activities that may have impact on the progress and implementation of the project and which may give cause for possible claims from our client for time delays, extra costs, variation orders, and similar.
Engineer will similarly propose and assist the client project team in setting up systems and processes to monitor our clients' own activities to avoid claims against our client.
Engineer will implement and assist our client project team in technical trouble-shooting and on-site support under contract scope between our client and its client.
The project language is English. Our client will provide all documentation in English, or accompanied with a translation into English as necessary. All documents and reports prepared by the Engineer will be in English; Huawei will provide translation into other languages as and when required.
Huawei will provide technical support as and when required.
Engineer is familiar with telecoms equipment and products.
Engineer can give guidance to complete engineering service task.
Engineer communicates with client or related management.
Engineer need to support in the engineering and maintenance service contract KPI & SLA between our client and operator.
