Job Description

  • Teamcenter UA, SQL, OS Admin level (Windows & Linux), experience in support role (troubleshooting skills, customer orientation, proactive communication).
  • Language is English; German would be good but not compulsory
  • install and setup clients for VPDM with CATIA on user’s PCs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TCUA interfaces with CATIA on users' clients (Teamcenter Save Manager for CATIA), either caused by software / drivers or hardware issues.
  • Delete all locked workflows (processes)
  • Run garbage collection utilities/procedures and clean-up certain data
  • process requests from users via ServiceNow (ticketing system), to delete data or re-assign items to a different access group
  • reset user’s password on demand
  • contribute to maintain the support, FAQs / Tips & Tricks documentation up-to-date
  • 8*5 support with on demand weekend for production maintenance


Technical Skills               

  • Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture 8.3.3 & 10.1.4, Integration with CATIA V5 or Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD
