Job Description

  • Daily, weekly and monthly report and data analysis.
  • Service optimizing suggestion, service roadmap proposal.
  • Keep service running stable, basic test, issue resolving, and complaint solving, basic support request from customer or internal.
  • Basic operations work: Service promotion plan design, prizes delivery trace, result analysis, user activity improving and optimization suggestions.
  • Be responsible of the service performance, subscribers, user activity, revenue, etc.
  • Basic communications and relationship with customers to improve the customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up the new features or upgrading of software version with R&D and customer.
  • Settlement with operator and SP/CPs.


Skill Requirement:

  • College or Bachelor degree, South Africa local college/university and local life experience is preferred.
  • English, English can be work language.
  • 3+ years’ work experience. Telecom operators, Telecom equipment manufacturers or CP/SP work experience is prefer.
  • Experience and deeply thinking of VAS services, successful VAS services operation case is prefer.
  • Data sensitive, make and read data report.
  • Strong experience of EXCEL, Word and etc.
  • Strong communication skills, communicate with customers and internal people.
  • Strong execution, could work under big pressure, good at team work.
  • Target orientation, desire of better work performance.
