Responsible for operational supporting system of a large scale of commercial telecommunication network.
Coordinate with different supporting team and customer to implement and support comprehensive monitoring and performance reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities will be but not limit to:
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on Huawei wireless GSM/UMTS/LTE products;
- Manage customers¡¯ problems and meet the SLA commitment;
- Provide onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, upgrade, network optimization and material management on wireless products and solutions;
- Provide technical support in pre-sales activities like tenders and customer technical clarifications
- Hands-on skill and knowledge on wireless GSM/UMTS/LTE technology
- Familiar with telecommunication vendor environment
- Familiar with wireless system design, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting
- Ability to think laterally and problem solve
- Good oral and verbal communication skills and time management
- Understand and willing to follow cyber security requirement
