First of all, it’s important to know detailed information about what you’re looking for. The more information about the role, experience and work environment, the better. Obviously a budget is essential. So, we’ll arrange a phone call or face to face meeting to take your brief. The person you talk to will have expertise in your sector and geographical market.
We can help you whether your need is contract, permanent or fixed-term. We can also provide access to specialist industry knowledge, including salary surveys and market trend analysis; so you can make sure you are getting the right person at the right price.
As soon as we’ve created your recruitment plan, we’ll then talk to the candidates we feel are the best for your role. Once we have their permission, we will contact you and explain why we think they are a suitable candidate for the role. All CVs, are those produced by the candidate.
Candidates who you choose to shortlist will be invited to interview at times suitable for you. Sometimes logistical challenges necessitate a telephone interview - we regularly facilitate these for clients. We will brief them in full. We will also debrief you and the candidates after the interview. Successful candidates will be referenced and tested (where applicable), before we prepare the necessary paperwork.
We also have a robust after-placement care programme. We will contact you and, where agreed, visit you for project updates and feedback, during which time we'll address any issues that may have arisen.
