Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ Bauingenieur
• Gute Kenntnisse im Baurecht, HOAI und VOB
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
• Ggf. Befähigung zum Arbeiten in der Höhe
• Gute Computerkenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Engagement

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Hochbau- und Haustechnikplanung unter Beachtung der technischen, rechtlichen und DFMG-spezifischen Vorschriften und Vorgaben
• Projektplanung und -steuerung von schlüsselfertigen Projekten
• Objektverantwortung für Standorte in Bezug auf Substanzerhaltung und Betriebsfähigkeit sowie Bestandsdokumentation
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Betreiber- und Eigentümerpflichten an den Standorten
• Überprüfung und Kontrolle der Kundenanlagen auf Basis der vorhandenen KFM-/Vertriebsdaten
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Entwicklung von Standortkonzepten zur weiteren Vermarktungsunterstützung
• Optimierungspotenziale in den Bereichen Haustechnik, Energiekosten, Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz identifizieren, entwickeln und umsetzen
• Optimierungspotenziale (Flächenoptimierung) mit dem Dachflächenmanagement (Standortoptimierer)

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Planning Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical studies (structural engineering, electrical engineering, supply engineering) or comparable qualification, alternatively civil engineer
• Good knowledge of building law, HOAI and VOB
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety
• If applicable, ability to work at heights
• Good computer skills in the usual MS Office programs
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate, willingness to take responsibility and commitment

Your Responsibilities:

• Building construction and building services planning, ensuring compliance with technical, legal and DFMG-specific regulations and specifications
• Project planning and management of turnkey projects
• Object responsibility for locations in terms of substance maintenance and operational capability and as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with operator and owner obligations at locations
• Verify and check customer equipment on the basis of available KFM/sales data
• Support sales in the development of location concepts for further marketing support
• Identify optimisation potential in the areas of building services, energy costs, occupational health and safety develop and implement
• Optimisation potentials (space optimisation) with the roof site management (location optimiser)
