- Verantwortung der Terminplanung vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auftragsfertigstellung für Koax-/Glasfaserbaumaßnahmen im Ausbaugebiet

- Verfolgung und Analyse der Auftragsabwicklung, Unterstützung der Prozessabläufe und systematische und administrative Abwicklung in kundenspezifischen IT-Systemen.

- Koordination von Baustellen und Terminüberwachung im Bauablauf der einzelnen Gewerke, wie z.B. Tiefbau, Kabelzug und Montage

- Projektabstimmung mit Auftraggebern und Planungsbeteiligten

- Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnung von Bauabnahmen nach Leistungsverzeichnis

- Rotkorrekturen nach Fertigstellung mittels kundenspezifischer IT-Programme

- Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber und die ausführenden Bauabteilungen

- Einhaltung technischer Richtlinien in allen Bauphasen

- Coordination of construction sites and deadline monitoring in the construction process of individual trades, such as civil engineering, cable pulling and installation

- Preparation of measurements and invoicing of building acceptances according to specifications

- Red corrections after completion using customer-specific IT programmes

- Contact person for clients and the construction departments carrying out the work

- Compliance with technical guidelines in all construction phases
