WHY RIZE

When we started RIZE, we were very aware that we were in a service business. So, all our staff around the globe follow five key ground rules:

We deliver value for money

Most of our clients operate in fiercely competitive markets, so we know our candidates must represent excellent value for money. We will always try to deliver within budget, but in a market where certain skills are in very high demand this isn’t always possible. If this is the case, then we will consult with you and provide evidence as to what is realistic for the price quoted.

Exemplary customer service

We have policies and procedures in place to make sure that your experience of working with us is always a positive one. Speed of response, integrity and communication are central to this.

Our customer service is underpinned and delivered by dedicated account managers, and on-boarding teams. Our experienced compliance department is responsible for ensuring consultants meet the following requirements:

  • Have the right to work in their assigned country with correct visas and work permits
  • Comply with fiscal and tax regulations
  • Only work through RIZE-approved third parties
  • Are provided with the necessary schedules and contracts of services
  • Have signed, dated and returned confidentiality agreements, codes of conduct, health insurance and any other client documents  
  • Have access to the RIZE support and advisory centre  

Our candidate pool

RIZE’s candidate database has been built, by us, since 2005. It holds the details of active candidates, and includes their latest skills, contact details, rates and availability.

We also utilise state of the art internet based research tools. Whilst effective, they are, only one route to the candidate market, with networking, referrals and local recruitment fairs often proving to be an excellent source for engaging with a wider and often unique candidate pool.
