• Bautechnische/-sicherheitstechnische Begehungen mit Bauleitern
• Kontrolle und Abstimmung von Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen

• Bestellung, Koordinierung von Subunternehmen
• Kontrollarbeiten der Monteure/ Subunternehmer

• Reporting in täglichen Projektmeetings
• Mindestens gewerblich-technische oder auch artverwandte kaufmännische Berufserfahrung oder mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Baubereich; idealerweise erfolgreiche Meisterausbildung, Technikerschule oder relevantes Studium
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Mobilfunkrollout
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hochbau (wünschenswert im Bereich Telekommunikation) sowie deren technische Arbeitsinhalten
• Sicherer Umgang mit Planungsunterlagen
• Sehr gute Führungserfahrungen von Teams und Nachunternehmen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse MS Office Softwarepaket sowie sicher Umgang mit Controlling als auch Präsentations-Tools
• Einwandfreie Ausdrucksweise der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zu bundesweiten Einsatzstandorten und Dienstreisen

• Safe handling of planning documents
• Very good management experience of teams and subcontractors
• Very good knowledge of MS Office software package as well as confident handling of controlling and presentation tools
• Perfect expression of the German language in word and writing
• Readiness for nationwide deployment locations and business trips
• Willingness to work at unusual times outside regular working hours
